By accessing and using StrataWave's lead generation and advertising services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

StrataWave provides AI-powered lead generation and social media advertising services. We help businesses identify qualified prospects and create targeted advertising campaigns to connect with potential customers. Our services are charged on a per-qualified-lead basis, typically ranging from $40-60 per qualified lead that responds to campaigns.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided
• Pay all fees associated with qualified leads as agreed upon

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due for qualified leads as defined in your service agreement. A qualified lead is typically defined as a prospect who responds to advertising campaigns and meets predetermined criteria. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Lead Quality and Guarantees

We strive to provide high-quality leads that meet your specified criteria. However, we cannot guarantee the conversion rate or ultimate business value of leads provided. Lead quality disputes must be raised within 7 days of lead delivery with supporting documentation.

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of prospects we generate. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of StrataWave services are owned by StrataWave and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

StrataWave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice to clients.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all qualified leads delivered prior to termination date.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
